We currently accept payments through Telebirr for premium templates. The payment process is secure and integrated directly into our platform. Free templates require no payment at all!
You can choose from multiple duration options when creating your gift: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The default is 90 days (3 months). We'll send you a reminder before your gift link expires.
Yes! We support multiple languages including English, Amharic, Oromiffa, and Tigrinya. You can type your own message in any language or choose from our pre-written messages in these languages.
We accept JPG, PNG, and GIF image files up to 5MB in size. For best results, we recommend using square images (1:1 ratio) as they display best on all devices. The system will automatically resize and optimize your photos.
Currently, gift cards cannot be edited after creation. However, you can always create a new gift card with updated information. This ensures that the original gift remains intact as it was when shared.
